Your subscription is 1 year valid from the day you have started the service. We guarantee a minimum number of references for your money.

Rebates

We give high rebates for students and for researchers from developing countries.

Students should send in a proof of current student status. See subscription rates in the table above at Students

Organizations from developing countries are eligible for rebates. We use the list of low income and lower-middle-income economies issued by the World Bank.
We offer a free subscription to the Marine Mammal Bibliography for organizations from countries listed as low income economies by the World Bank in July 2008. Those countries have a gross national income of $935 or less per Capita.
Organizations from countries listed as lower-middle-income economies by the World Bank in July 2008 are eligible for a student rate subscription. Those countries have a gross national income of $936 - $3,705 per Capita.

Contributors receive 10 free references for any new reference they deliver. Please read about the special procedure.

CD-ROM

At the end of the year we will produce a CD-ROM, which will be available for free for our all subscribers paying more than 47 US $ a year. All other subscribers can buy the CD-ROM for a reduced price of 20 US$ (including shipping).
The CD will contain:

• The complete marine mammal bibliography for the year 2009.
• A large PDF file with all the references of the year in order by names of the first author with a subject-index and an author-index.
• A statistic about how many papers appeared in which journal and which authors have published a certain amount of papers. Important information for your own publishing decisions and career contacts.

The price for non-subscribers will be 50 US $.
